This data enables you to track trends, perform Pareto (80-20) analysis to identify stoppage causes, and much more.
The CORE system integrates with your native ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365), allowing you to leverage your production plans and product master data to optimize operations!
Operators Interface in Power App
Operators receive real-time insights into line performance, production plans, and basic analytics of stoppages – all presented in an easy-to-use, user-friendly interface.
They also have the opportunity to provide additional details about stoppage reasons identified by the system or communicate important information to the next shift.
Easy integration - How it works
Implementing CORE is quick and easy, thanks to its independent IoT terminals. You can collect data from various sources like sensors, PLCs or even your ERP system. Then the data is transferred to Microsoft Power BI reports, providing valuable insights.
Terminals can be easily installed on your existing production lines and activated using the Iotabe mobile app by scanning the QR code!
